As Lead Graphic & Content Designer at I-Fulfilment, I was tasked with creating a scalable, video-based onboarding system to replace time-intensive training.
This included scripting, filming, editing, motion design, and delivering accessible training videos optimised for internal platforms.
I-Fulfilment relied heavily on in-person training, which made it difficult to scale internal and client onboarding efficiently. Training delivery lacked consistency across departments and required repeated involvement from team leaders.

CHALLENGE
I-Fulfilment’s onboarding relied on in-person walkthroughs, limiting scalability and consistency. Each session demanded time from senior staff, delaying onboarding and creating inconsistencies across warehouses and clients.
The main challenge was develop a scalable video-based training system to streamline learning across departments and external client onboarding
SOLUTION
I developed a modular training system that included scripting, filming on-location, and editing into structured learning content. These were optimised for playback on platforms like Articulate and BladePro, and included subtitles and voiceovers for clarity.
This Included:
End-to-End Video Production: Managed scripting, filming, motion graphics, and editing to create engaging learning materials.
Scriptwriting & Voiceover: Collaborated with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create clear, engaging content.

The Training Video Production Workflow
